Modified Asphalt Solutions, Inc. (MAS) was founded in 2003 after 5 years of studying, testing and promoting the modification asphalt oil with ground tire rubber (GTR) manufactured from scrap tires.

Modified Asphalt Solutions has license agreements with Seneca Petroleum Company, The Gorman Group, and others giving them the rights to manufacture and distribute GTR modified asphalt products.
